Review and Resolution of Participant Complaints and Disputes

Any participant or potential participant of a The Center for Innovation in Population Health sponsored event that wishes to express concern about their experience may contact the Center for Innovation and Population Health's Live Training support desk at livetraining@TCOMTraining.com and expect a confirmation of receipt within two business days. The Center for Innovation in Population Health will consider each complaint filed; however, it cannot guarantee a particular outcome. The Center for Innovation in Population Health will communicate the result of the complaint review within 15 business days.

Program Fees, Refunds, and Participant Cancellation

Any participant requiring a refund can receive a full refund if they cancel their registration to any Center for Innovation in Population Health-sponsored event one business day in advance. No refunds can be completed if the event has already started. Registration cancellations may be initiated by emailing livetraining@TCOMTraining.com
