Confidentiality and Security of Participant Information 

CE Policy Section C.11

To ensure the confidentiality and security of participant information:

• Data collected is kept in a secure database with restricted access limited to authorized personnel.
• Access to participant information will be granted solely on a need-to-know basis.
• Authorized personnel must use secure login credentials to access information
• All participant information is treated as confidential.
• Participant information will be retained as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and will be kept for a minimum of 5-7 years.
• This policy will be reviewed annually and updated to ensure continued relevance and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Review and Resolution of Participant Complaints and Disputes

Any participant or potential participant of a The Center for Innovation in Population Health sponsored event that wishes to express concern about their experience may contact the Center for Innovation and Population Health's Live Training support desk at livetraining@TCOMTraining.com and expect a confirmation of receipt within two business days. The Center for Innovation in Population Health will consider each complaint filed; however, it cannot guarantee a particular outcome. The Center for Innovation in Population Health will communicate the result of the complaint review within 15 business days.

Program Fees, Refunds, and Participant Cancellation

CE Policy, Section C.12

Any participant requiring a refund can receive a full refund if they cancel their registration to any Center for Innovation in Population Health-sponsored event one business day in advance. No refunds can be completed if the event has already started. Registration cancellations may be initiated by emailing livetraining@TCOMTraining.com
