Building the TCOM T-HIVE Basecamp Based on Your Feedback!
Between our in-person session at the TCOM conference and online surveys, we received a total of 74 responses from TCOM trainers around the world. Wow! Your input has been essential in guiding our team’s busy bees in building the Basecamp site for the TCOM Trainer HIVE (Helping InVigorate Education). The TCOM T-HIVE is the ultimate hub for collaboration, resource-sharing, and skill enhancement within the TCOM community. T-HIVE is your opportunity to connect, grow, and thrive, and it goes live on January 16!
Based on your survey responses, we have already built the following resources into Basecamp:
- TCOM Channel YouTube videos (links to useful videos and a PDF on how to incorporate them into training)
- Action level flow charts
- Calendar for nationwide certified trainer office hours
- How-to guides on scheduling coaching sessions, attending certified trainer office hours, and navigating Schoox
- Activities and games used for training
- Examples of CANS in other languages
- Discussion posts for introductions and connections to other trainers
We are working on creating tip sheets and links to important training resources (reference guides, manuals) in Schoox so that T-HIVE can be a one-stop shop for our TCOM trainers, as you suggested.
